if you plan on commissioning me or owning a design by me it is heavily advised to read my tos. i am not afraid to add any users who disregard this information onto a blacklist/or block them.

you support / create feral nsfw.
you steal/trace art or characters/designs.

are generally bigoted, and incredibly rude.
you're associated with, or in support of people on my blacklist.
mature-locked/privated accounts, i'm unable to see you.
under 13, i don't feel comfortable interacting with very young people.
problematic people who interact with DSMP, QSMP, hazbin & helluva.
you sexualize/fetishize anything (especially my ocs).
incredibly rude/disrespectful towards others.
victimize yourself in situations that are caused by yourself (not taking accountability) as well as victim blaming.
Design Terms.
do not hide/delete my designs. if you're going into auth only, then please authorize/key-link me so i'm able to keep track of my design! if you're privating to update your th, please inform me beforehand.
do not resell any adopts/characters for higher than sold unless they have extra art that can up their prizes (including personal art made by you).
do not resell, trade, or gift my designs to people i have blacklisted.
do not use my designs to promote hate speech, anything bigoted, and bad things that can be incredibly harmful
(p*dophilia, abuse, sa, nsfw, etc.) do not colorpick my designs OR characters. there is a line between inspo and down-right copying a design.
i do not do refunds, so you must be 100% sure that you want to purchaes from me (not only designs, but commissions).
Art Terms.
i do not want my art to be assosiated/fed to ai, nfts, or anything of that sort. if you were caught doing so, it would result in an immediate blacklist. (doing this is unacceptable, and incredibly frowned upon).
do not trace/heavily reference my artwork or repost it. if you want to take inspiration off of my work, then do so! but if it becomes a problem where it becomes indistinguishable, then i'll be taking action and adding you to a blacklist.
you cannot edit or alter my artwork without my permission, this means no removing my watermark or heavily editing a commissioned art piece.
be sure to credit me properly (if it is a commission, custom, free-art. always credit me and the artist of the base if used).
only use my artwork if the artwork belongs to a design you own/is a commission.
PSA/Boundaries.
do not sexualize/romanticize my characters, my sonas, or me. (or do not make "jokes" that heavily implicate you finding a character hot. most of my characters are humans, anthros, or feral.)
do not randomly friend request/dm me if i don't know you. i won't accept or interact with you. (an exception is if you are commissioning me).
do not compare my art or my characters to those from media. it's rude to do so since i put a lot of time into my characters and art.
if you interact with me and are incredibly rude, then i will be ignoring you. this also goes for users who disrespect my boundaries or my friend's.
do not draw/repost art of my characters unless i've given you permission before-hand, say that the oc belongs to me, or are for posting commission examples. (if you are my friend, you are excluded from this!)
i have audhd and mdd, so i have frequent mood-swings and forgetful. you can remind me about things (respectfully), and speak in tone-tags when the situation needs it.
do not put me in a generalized fandom (or with the problemtic people in a fandom i am in). if you don't know me, then don't assume that i'm like everyone else in the fandom i'm in.
if you're respectful to me, i'll be respctful to you. if you're disrespectful towards others for no reason, then i will not interact with you the same way. (respect is earned, not assumed).
i am uncomfortable with people who fake disorders, and any sort of stuff along those lines. it's weird, and i don't understand why you'd want to do that.
my friends have full permission for anything since i am not easily triggered if i'm close to them. (if you are unsure about things i am uncomfortable with as a friend, you may ask! but just know i will usually say i'm alright).
if someone i know has been found out to be problematic in any way, inform me with respectable evidence.
